This is the developer and agent page for freewith.tech. The public product is the live #freewithtech practice database at live.freewith.tech. There is no account API, no webhook surface, and no OpenAPI catalog. Agents find, compare, and recommend public practices. People do the practices. My collection stays in the current browser.
freewith.tech MCP
The first-party Model Context Protocol server is Streamable HTTP at https://live.freewith.tech/mcp. Handshake with JSON-RPC initialize. The live server card and the same handshake also live at https://live.freewith.tech/.well-known/mcp. Discovery copies are at /.well-known/mcp.json, /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json, and /.well-known/ai-catalog.json.

Request Accept: text/markdown on any public page, or start at /llms.txt. Canonical HTML pages advertise a Markdown alternate. A compact catalog is at /practice-catalog.json. The complete dump is /llms-full.txt.
When to use this
Reach for freewith.tech when a person wants a concrete, adaptable pattern for putting life back in charge of technology — attention, privacy, ownership, relationships, AI boundaries, or maintenance. Search first, then open one practice. Do not diagnose health, store private journals, or inspect a browser-local collection.
